Quality Assurance
We provide premium-quality kids clothing, including rompers made from hygienic, fresh stock. All products are crafted to avoid issues like shrinking, fading, or defects.
Customization & Advance Payment
For personalized items, we require an advance payment. Custom orders are processed once the advance is received.
Delivery & Dispatch Policy
- We are committed to dispatching your order on the promised date. Once dispatched, we will share the tracking ID so you can track your parcel directly through the courier service’s website.
- While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons on the courier’s end. The company is not responsible for such delays but will assist as much as possible.
- For urgent deliveries, we can arrange shipping via TCS with full advance payment. However, any delay from TCS or any courier service remains beyond our control.
Order Handling & Receiving Guidelines
Once your parcel is dispatched, please ensure to:
- Keep the COD amount ready.
- Keep your phone active to respond to courier calls.
- Be available at the address provided to receive the parcel without delay.
- In case your order is dispatched with the wrong COD amount by mistake, please still receive the parcel. We will refund the extra amount via online transfer within 2-3 working days.
- Kindly provide a complete and accurate address to avoid delays.
- We use third-party courier services for deliveries. In case of any misconduct or behavior issues by the courier rider, please inform us. We will promptly forward your complaint to the respective courier company for necessary action.
Parcel Opening Policy
- Parcel opening before payment is not permitted. The courier company policies do not allow riders to facilitate parcel opening prior to payment.

If you wish to see a picture of your customized product before dispatch, you may request it. We try our best to accommodate such requests, depending on our dispatch schedule and order volume.

However, please note that sharing a picture before dispatch is not mandatory, and non-provision of a picture does not give the right to refuse the order upon delivery.
Size & Product Selection
- A size chart is available with every product listing. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for wrong size selection by the customer, and replacements or exchanges will not be entertained for this reason.
Order Issues & Claims
- In case of a wrong product delivered, you can request a replacement or a partial refund.
- To process such claims, please share an unboxing video within 6 hours of delivery. Without video proof, claims cannot be accepted.
Privacy Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal information or images shared for customization will only be used to fulfill your order and are kept strictly confidential.
